If you have special needs such as interpreters or readers, please let us know at least five weeks in advance of the class (sub-contractors require 30 days notice for these services). Every effort will be made to reschedule you for a later class date, if available. If you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, contact us at as soon as you know you will not be able to attend. You will receive information regarding the option to transfer your registration to another class offered by The Institute or to choose to receive a refund. In the event that a class must be cancelled by The Institute at GPO, every effort will be made to notify you by email of the cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to the class date. If payment is required, an Institute staff member will be in contact. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your successful registration for this class.
